But you know what, my life wasn't this way before...

I was a music and game operator. I placed Jukeboxes, pool tables, and pinballs into bars and restaurants on a revenue share.

Before I started an ATM business, I faced the same challenges - lack of time and money and extra bills piled up - always.

These were always a challenge and a concern that kept me up at night.

I was in a situation where I couldn't earn more money and still spend some time with my family because I didn't have another source of income other than my job.

I didn't have the tools, the tips, and the roadmap to get that extra revenue and bring that money into the family without taking the time away.

In one of our first locations, I saw they placed an ATM into the site. I went up to the owner and told him that I could supply the ATM myself (even if I have zero ideas about it).

Since I have a good relationship with the owner, he agreed to replace the said ATM with my ATM. He revealed that they didn't have any contract agreed upon.

So, I did my research. I study and look for information.

It took me about two months to figure out where to buy an ATM, how to do the processing, how to move the money, how to set up a bank account.

I didn't know what I was doing.

There weren't many people back then giving any kind of advice on how to do that.

So, I figured it all out by myself.

I ordered an ATM, got an ATM program, and now I was ready to go to that owner, and talk to him about placing it.

They called out the other company, removed the ATM, and placed my ATM into that location.

I didn't make any money back then. 

I was only getting $1 a transaction, and the cost of an ATM back in those days was about $8,000.

I was probably averaging about 40 transactions a month, so we kept trying.

Pretty soon, after a while, the cost of ATMs went from $8,000 down to $5,000 down to $4,000 and then to $3,000.

The surcharges went from $1 up to $1.50 up to $2 and then at $2.50, so I started making money.

And in that situation, I realized, "There's money in the ATM (business)".

The transactional volumes started going up. I was starting to make money.

So, I told some of my friends at the amusement business and offered to teach them how to get into the ATM business. 

All they have to do is buy the ATMs from us.

They agreed.

So I decided to teach people how to place ATMs -- one amusement operator after another.

I, together with my team, started doing that year after year until today.

Now what's happened is…

A lot of people began to ask for help to start an ATM business.

Emails and calls started to come in from people who would like to learn the trade.

I can hardly keep up with the demand since I don't have enough time to really help them -- one by one.

I figured out I could help more people with pre-recorded videos than spending hours and hours on the phone with them.


So in June of the year 2019, we started making Youtube videos 
to help people get a little more acclimated to the ATM business.

Every week, we publish two to three videos consistently to talk about anything about the ATM business.

We also created a Facebook group so we could help them even more. 

They get to ask questions and share their insights. 

They gain clarity about their pressing challenges in building their own ATM business.

As we go through the journey, more and more people are asking the same thing. I've seen some patterns.
